CAP post 2013 - last call for sustainability?
On September 23rd the French Presidency is hosting an informal EU Agriculture Council dedicated to the future of the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) after 2013. This is a precious opportunity to rethink one of Europe's most important policy.
